Caleb brings deep expertise in planning and policy, developed through more than eight years in the public sector with the NSW State Government. He has played a key role in the delivery and implementation of major planning policies and has specialised in the assessment of State Significant Development and Infrastructure projects.

With a strong understanding of the NSW planning system, Caleb offers valuable capabilities in strategic advice, development assessment, project delivery, and policy formulation—particularly within the housing sector. His recent work on major housing developments across the state highlights his ability to navigate complex planning frameworks and deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions.

Caleb is a registered member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and holds a Bachelor of Planning from the University of New South Wales.
