Stuart McIntosh is a solution-focused strategic planner with over a decade of experience delivering sustainable, liveable outcomes across New South Wales. Prior to joining Solve Property, Stuart was Manager of State Rezoning at the Department of Planning, Housing and Industry, where he led multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex, state significant rezoning projects aligned with government priorities and enabling major housing and employment outcomes. He played a key role in assessing State-Assessed Rezoning Proposals, including social and affordable housing, and led the industry-nominated State-assessed Planning Proposal pilot program - accelerating the delivery of more than 5,000 homes through streamlined assessment processes. Stuart has also provided strategic advice across regional job precincts and led the Moree Special Activation Precinct Delivery Plan, achieving significant time and cost efficiencies.

A two-time Olympian for Great Britain, Stuart brings the same discipline, focus and collaborative leadership from elite sport to his professional work, engaging stakeholders and delivering practical, policy-aligned outcomes that benefit communities.
